3. Installation & Jointing

Base Setup

Prepare a level concrete bed using M20/M30 grade mix.

Step 02
Alignment

Place the frame flush with the road surface level.

Step 03
Haunching

Apply concrete around the frame for maximum grip.

Step 04
Curing

Avoid traffic for 72 hours to ensure chemical bonding.
