DWC Pipes & UPVC Pipes
Overview
Material Combinations/ Technical Details
DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) Pipes and UPVC Pipes are designed for modern underground drainage, sewer and utility applications. DWC pipes can provide high impact resistance and flexibility, while UPVC pipes offer smooth flow, corrosion resistance and easy installation. Together, they provide a complete piping solution for efficient water, wastewater and utility transportation in all types of infrastructure projects.

Product Catalog
Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipes are available in a wide range of standard diameters to suit various infrastructure needs. Small-scale pipes for cable protection typically range from 40 mm to 160 mm, while medium drainage and sewerage lines commonly use 200 mm to 315 mm sizes. For large-scale municipal stormwater and culvert projects, diameters extend from 400 mm up to 1000 mm or more. These pipes are categorized by Inner Diameter (ID) or Outer Diameter (OD) and are usually supplied in standard 6-meter lengths with SN4 or SN8 stiffness ratings.
The standard diameters for uPVC underground drainage systems range from 63 mm to 400 mm, with 110 mm (4") and 160 mm (6") being the most common for residential use. Larger sizes like 200 mm, 250 mm, and 315 mm are standard for municipal sewer lines and industrial drainage. These dimensions typically follow the IS 15328 standard to ensure compatibility between pipes and fittings like the ones shown.
This SSV Inspection Chamber is an essential component of underground drainage systems, providing a centralized access point for maintenance and cleaning. Its multi-inlet design allows several drainage lines to connect efficiently, preventing blockages at critical junction points. Manufactured through a robust injection molding process, it is resistant to chemical corrosion and extreme soil pressure. The unit features a secure black cover and leak-proof rubber seals, ensuring a durable and sanitary solution for modern sewage networks.
